These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made from Scents of Salten Koelewijn via www.scentsofsalten.no. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

The buyer is the person who places an order on our website and is hereafter referred to as “you” or “the customer.”
2. Prices and Taxes
All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include value-added tax (VAT) where applicable. The total price of your order, including all costs, will be displayed before checkout.
3. Payment
We accept the following payment methods: Vipps, Stripe, PayPal, Klarna.
Your card or account will be charged at the time the order is confirmed.
4. Delivery
We deliver to addresses within Norway and selected international destinations. Delivery time is typically 3-5 business days in Norway. Shipping costs will be shown before completing your purchase.
5. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email within the deadline. Return costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive and approve the returned items.
7. Complaints
If there is a defect in the product, you may claim a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act. Please contact us as soon as possible after discovering the defect.
8. Privacy Policy
We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data will not be sold to third parties.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. If a dispute arises, we will first attempt to resolve it amicably. If we cannot reach an agreement, you may contact the Norwegian Consumer Council for mediation (www.forbrukerradet.no).
If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved by the Norwegian courts, with Salten District Court as the agreed venue.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
